Researcher with a focus on leadership and mentorship (m/f/d)

Working in an interdisciplinary team for: Coordination and co-development of training and mentorship programs for medical students and (incoming) general practitioners Scientific project work in design, data collection, data management and evaluation of primary and secondary data Cooperation in an interdisciplinary team, including in cross-site studies and networking with (inter)national working groups Compilation of publications and presentations for specialist groups and conferences

Graduate degree (Master or equivalent) in Business Administration, Health Management, Psychology, Supply Science or Related Study Programs Interest in questions of skilled and leading training with reference to general medicine Knowledge in quantitative data analysis and secondary data analysis(e.g. GKV routine data) and related software tools (e.g. R, SPSS, STATA) Experience in systematic literature and qualitative research methods Understanding health and/or business research designs Experience in the workshop organization and implementation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Team skills, ability to interdisciplinary cooperation, social competence and very good work organisation are of course for you driving licence class B Interest in continuing training such as promotion We are looking for a dedicated personality with commitment, cooperation and team capacity.
