CGM Leverages AI: We are looking for people who feel the power of AI in the eHealth environment, want to shape the change and with curious passion to see how technology can make health smarter, easier and better.

Your post: You accompany our customers in the field of external services, including hospitals, radiologies and health networks, in the introduction, configuration and application of the VISUS product board, for example JiveX PACS. You carry out trainings, workshops and web trainings for our users and administrators (m/w/d). You analyze customer requirements, develop solutions in exchange with our product management and support and actively contribute to the optimization of clinical workflows. You support system tests, releases and project launches – also in close coordination with our international partners. You are committed to expanding the VISUS ACADEMY by documenting knowledge and developing learning content. That's what you bring: You have a successfully completed training as a medical technologist for radiology (m/w/d), complemented by several years of professional experience – ideally in a leading role. You have experience in handling PACS, RIS or other clinical information systems. You are happy to convey complex topics in a comprehensible way – both in German and in English. You are ready to travel within Europe and you are characterized by a high degree of self-organization.
