Responsibility for monitoring and operation of all technical systems, in particular heating, ventilation, sanitary, air conditioning and refrigeration Monitoring of interference messages and performing fault diagnosis and organisation of troubleshooting Coordination and control of foreign companies in maintenance and repair measures Technical guidance and support of the technical team in shift operation Documentation of the work carried out and technical reporting to the supervisors Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations Participation in 3-shift operation to ensure a smooth technical operation around the clock

Complete training as an electrical engineer, mechatronic, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment, ideally in a hospital or similar establishment Knowledge of electrical engineering and HLS technology as well as relevant legal regulations (e.g. DIN, VDE, occupational safety regulations) Safe handling of MS Office and other software tools for building control Self-employed and structured working and high sense of responsibility Team spirit Ready to work in 3-shift operation incl. Weekend and holidays
