We are the competent and solution-oriented contact person for questions of our customers. We also work on process optimization and data maintenance in close coordination with our car rental partners. In addition to our location in Munich, we have been in Augsburg with our car rental price comparison since 2016, right in the HELIO at Augsburg Central Station.

You support us in the competent telephone consultation and care of customers before, during and after booking on the subject of car rental within our service hours from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 23:00 (preferably on weekends during the semester and/or full-time in lecture-free time) You will independently process the wishes and bookings of our customers by e-mail and the associated administrative activities You take responsibility for the collection and maintenance of customer data You are actively working on developing our internal processes

Serious and friendly appearance in telephone contact with our car rental customers, call center experience or comparable professional experience of advantage Structured mode of operation, contact joy and customer orientation as well as fun in consultations Very good communication skills, team skills, flexibility and self-responsibility to quickly achieve measurable results Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hands-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions German language skills in word and writing
