Your tasks: In this job, you will independently take over the cross-sectoral coordination, control and support of all construction operations and logistics chains at the construction site as part of our complex major infrastructure projects (rail construction) This includes that you efficiently control all logistical train movements as well as the delivery and removal plan (LAP) and recognize and correct overlaps as well as bottlenecks in logistics planning As a contact person: for the entire building logistics at the construction site, you can safely communicate with all project participants You participate in meaningful reporting on the state of construction projects by regularly providing reports on logistics evaluations and key figures based on logistics data In addition, you support the monitoring of the services, material transfers and withdrawals provided on site at the construction site Your exciting task will be rounded off by analysing incidents, working counter-control measures and also working with special orders, as well as introducing your ideas.

Your profile: You have successfully completed your technical/university studies as an engineer:in or logistician:in the main field of construction, transport or railways, alternatively you have completed a degree as a master:in or technician:in the mentioned fields with Professional experience and well-founded knowledge in the field of building logistics and project management, you also know very well at the construction site with constructional processes and logistics chains. You have know-how in the applicable standards and regulations (e.g. VOB, HOAI) and have secure knowledge in dealing with the SOG software, with BIM interfaces (simulated construction plan) and with the common computer applications such as MS Office Your high level of commitment and self-initiative characterises you as well as your independent work, as well as you keep an eye on your goal at any time, think and trade in the sense of the company and enjoy taking responsibility As a team player:in you communicate at eye level, are very well organized and keeps an overview even in difficult situations For the job you bring a very high flexibility and mobility for Germany-wide applications, have a valid class B driver license and are ready to work with the project team regularly on site at the construction site
