We are now looking for a specialist (m/w/d) - customer support in the field of container management to strengthen our team at the Denkdorf site.

Your job:

• You are the first contact person for our customers around the service offering in the field of container management, thereby forming the interface to our internal service employees.
• You communicate competently by phone and in writing and are also responsible for the collection and care of customer data.
• Self-responsibility You process complaint management and address the respective customer concerns routined.
• You are co-responsible for compliance with legal requirements regarding the circular economy law.
• You will always have a look at all other administrative tasks in your area.

Your skills:

• You have a successfully completed commercial training.
• Service-orientedness is not a foreign word for you - your communication strength will be used in the daily business.
• You are a team player, yet you are able to perform your tasks independently.
• Your good IT skills - especially in the MS Office applications you bring in versed. Ideally, you also have first experience in dealing with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• You will certainly communicate in the German language.
