Area Manager Salzgitter, Braunschweig, Peine & Wolfsburg (m/f/d)

You take over the operating management in your area with the service centers in Salzgitter, Braunschweig, Peine & Wolfsburg taking into account the Carglass® key figures. Your focus is on the leadership and further development of your employees in the service centers and you actively shape the recruiting and onboarding of your teams. You are responsible for compliance with all Carglass® standards in the technical and administrative field for your locations. You are an interface and contact person for the departments of the headquarters. You develop processes and processes in your area. To strengthen the closeness to our core tasks and understanding of your employees, you support 1x per week in the daily operating business (e.g. Glass Medic).

You have a completed artisanal or commercial training and have at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position with responsibility in management or coaching as well as practical operational knowledge.
