Strategic Buyer Indirect Materials (m/f/d)

Strategic Purchasing and Construction of the Department Responsibility for the construction, strategic orientation and further development of the department of indirect materials focusing on technical spare parts, MRO components and technical services. Development and implementation of sustainable product group and supplier strategies. Definition of standards, processes and KPI structures for strategic purchasing. Analysis of market, price and technology trends for identifying savings, optimization and innovation potentials. Development of future-oriented procurement approaches for demanding industrial and regulated production environments. Supplier management and negotiation management Strategic management of the supplier portfolio across the entire range of responsibility. Own-sponsored implementation of tenders as well as price and contract negotiations including offer assessment, selection of suppliers and decision making. Completion and further development of framework and service contracts Establishment and control of KPI-based supplier management including regular performance assessments and derivation of appropriate measures. Cost, process and efficiency optimization Initiation and implementation of sustainable cost reduction and efficiency programs in the framework of strategic sourcing initiatives. Standardization, further development and digitization of purchasing processes to increase transparency and manageability. Creation of analyses, benchmarks and decision bases for management and disciplines. Interface management and cooperation Close cooperation with technology, maintenance, production, quality management, logistics and controlling. Function as a strategic Sparring partner for departments and management. Active cooperation and professional responsibility in interdisciplinary projects, such as investment, maintenance, energy efficiency or sustainability.

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, supply chain management or comparable; alternatively technical training with further training in purchasing. Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing, ideally focusing on technical spare parts, MRO or technical services. Detectable experience in building or developing product group strategies. Technical understanding of production facilities and maintenance requirements. Experience in the industrial environment, ideally in food production. Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP). Impressed levels of negotiation, enforcement and entrepreneurial thinking. Structured, analytical and independent working methods. Design will and motivation to build a new field in a sustainable manner.
