As Head of Portfolio & Alliance Management, you are responsible for the strategic development of our solution portfolio as well as our manufacturer and partner network. You will lead our Portfolio & Alliance Management team and work closely with sales, engineering and marketing. You report directly to our Chief Marketing and Portfolio Officer and contribute significantly to the strategic development of our company. It's up to you: Development and implementation of our portfolio and manufacturer strategy Control and further development of our product and service portfolio Construction and maintenance of strategic manufacturing and technology partnerships Responsibility for partner programs, business plans and certifications Identification of new market potentials and technology trends Development of Go-to-Market strategies together with sales and marketing Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the Portfolio & Alliance Management Team Responsibility for relevant KPIs, Forecasts and Business Reviews

Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable function as well as sound experience in the portfolio, alliance or vendor management of an IT system house, manufacturer or distributor Experience in the development of powerful teams as well as in cross-departmental cooperation Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured way of working Representative communication, moderation and negotiation skills Enthusiasm for modern IT infrastructures, cloud and security solutions Very good German and good English skills
