They organize and coordinate defined development programs (DACHSER Placement Programs / DPP) for future leaders and managers with the need for knowledge building. They implement organizational processes in our HR systems for digitization and optimization of the processes. They accompany and moderate in Webinars Kick-Off modules. They actively contribute to the adaptation of content and processes to changing company and management specific requirements. They advise and inform contact persons in the branches. You undertake tasks in the organisation of the annual publication of the offers. They contribute to the internationalization of the DACHSER Placement Programs worldwide. They are responsible for the determination and preparation of results.

They have completed their studies or a successfully completed vocational training in the personal sector. They have a high affinity for computer systems (ideally experience with SAP Success Factors) and want to develop existing ones. They are responsible and socially competent, team spirit is one of your strengths. They have an independent, structured and analytical method. They have very good German and good English skills.
