Master mechanic as workshop manager (m/f/d)

As a dedicated person, you are guided by our workshop reliably and take over the leadership of a team of about 15 employees and the coordination of the employed foreign staff. You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary personnel – including the deployment planning, assignment and professional development of your team. You are responsible for the efficient planning and control of the workshop processes and for coordination with other departments and also for quality control. With you, the information from the operational operation will come together – you will have the key figures in mind and will control the personnel use and resources in anticipation. You provide processes, develop process optimizations and implement them with your team – thereby ensuring compliance with accident prevention regulations and legal and tariff requirements. You have a strong technical and logistical understanding and know how to organize your team. You act responsibly and like to move forward as a model.
