You design and deliver practical, hands‐on training programs with focus on cloud-native software development and service integration You explain complex technical concepts clearly, understandably and structured You establish and promote uniform documentation practices in the product teams You help to standardize coding guidelines and integration processes You work directly in the development workflows of the product teams, understand their challenges and make sure that the training content is always relevant and up to date
You have strong teaching and communication skills and can convey complex topics clearly and systematically You have demonstrable experience in AI-based software development, including development, testing and deployment of production-ready software (Go knowledge are strongly preferred) You have a sound understanding of web services, especially REST and OpenAPI You have hand-on experience with Kubernetes, including operators, controllers and Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and the operation of containerized applications on Kubernetes You bring experience in software architecture, ideally with practical application in distributed systems, and have experience with cloud environments and cloud native ecosystems You are an independent learner who explores new technologies and continuously advances improvements, and are ready for occasional travel (up to 10%) You speak German and English fluent
