Product Strategy, Process Optimization & Innovation: You analyze market trends, customer requirements and technological developments in the building industry and thereby guide the design, definition and implementation or optimization of features along the product lifecycle (no software development). Product care & technical support: You analyze complex technical questions, taking into account relevant standards (DIN, ÖNORM etc.) and support cases of our Customer Care Team, and derive practical solutions and optimization potentials for product development. Documentation & Specification: You translate technical requirements from construction cost management, tendering, awarding, calculation and BIM into clear technical concepts, business requirements, specifications and product documentation. This gives you the basis for development, quality assurance and successful releases. Quality Assurance & Product Release: Together with the Quality Assurance and Product Development team, you will ensure that new functions are implemented professionally correctly, normatively and market-ready. You accompany system tests, technical acceptances and product releases and ensure high product quality and market maturity. Coordination of development: You work closely with our national and international development centers in Germany & Asia and act as a central interface between the various stakeholders. You make sure that professional requirements are implemented efficiently and purposefully. Customer workshops, Business Analysis & Sales Support: You moderate workshops with our customers, analyze existing processes and develop future-oriented solutions together with the stakeholders. In addition, if necessary (online or on site) you support sales in sales events (e.g. RIB Unite), product presentations, proof-of-concepts and professional advice.

Completed studies (e.g. civil engineering, construction informatics, construction, ...) or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience with RIB iTWO with a sound understanding of tendering, awarding, calculation, cost planning and construction Technical and methodological competence: good understanding of methodological principles such as GAEB, data structures, IFC data models, ... or standards (DIN, ÖNORM, ...) Industry knowledge & innovation joy: You are interested in current developments & trends in the construction technology environment. Ideally, you focus on professional associations, networks, working groups or standardization bodies or actively pursue their work Analytical thinking & quality awareness: You work structured, solution-oriented and with a high level of demand – always in mind: customers and markets Soft Skills: team skills, curiosity, communication strength and joy in bringing together different perspectives from building practice, customer requirements and product development Travel activity: < 30 days per year Very good knowledge of German (min. level C1) and at least good knowledge of English (min. level B2)
