Your tasks: You are competent to assist our customers in carrying out their banking and financial operations of the cooperative finance group. You are actively approaching customers and addressing current issues related to banking and financial services. In the case of further consulting requirements, you will guide customers to the private customer advice. You accompany our customers on the entry and use of all digital banking services (e.g. online banking, VR-BankingApp and other digital services of the Cooperative Financial Group). You take responsibility for the support and functionality of the SB devices. You can be used flexibly and support the service teams in all business units if required. Your profile: You have successfully completed your training as a banker/wife. You have relevant professional experience in the customer service of a bank. Teamwork makes you happy, and you convince by communication strength as well as a safe, friendly appearance. You have fun dealing with people and are characterized by a high service and customer orientation. Your action is solution-oriented, distributively shaped and customer- and company-focused.
