Variety: You support our legal attorneys: in commercial legal protection (brand and design law) in the operating daily business and work closely and collaboratively in the team. Operations: In doing so, you keep brand and design records in mind, control deadlines and appointments reliably and accompany the preparation and submission of brand applications, contradictions, rewriting etc., both in Germany and internationally. In addition, you will lead the correspondence with Mandant: in German and English, foreign colleagues. IP-specific activities: You prepare cost proposals, supervise the protection period monitoring, support brand research and monitoring and maintain national and international protection portfolios. Organization and support: The careful maintenance of client data and documents is part of your task as well as the creation of letters, fonts and overviews. In addition, you support general administrative tasks in the IP team and, depending on your role, billing topics.
