WIR SIND a clinic for acute and rehabilitation medicine with a total of 372 beds and 300 employees. With the specialist departments for surgery, orthopaedics, anaesthesia/tensive medicine, pain therapy, internal medicine, radiology, dermatology and allergology as well as the document department urology, we ensure basic and regular medical care (82 beds) for the island of Sylt. In the associated rehabilitation clinic (290 beds) we care for patients in tumor care, with respiratory, skin, and allergic diseases as well as orthopaedics. We're looking for you as soon as possible Senior Consultant (m/d) in full or part-time.

Professional and guideline, as well as evidence-based intensive and anaesthetic care of our patients in the intensive care unit and in anaesthesia outside the large medical machine If necessary, emergency medical care for the patients of the acute and rehabilitation clinic in the context of the medical emergency team. Activity in the (three) layer system with fixed Nurse-Patient ratio (max. 1:2.5) in the intensive care unit/in the anaesthesia and participation in the call service in the anaesthesia.

Examined: health care and nursing:in, ideally with specialist training intensive care/anesthesia or corresponding professional experience Remarkable: completed station management course as well as experience in senior or deputy function Commitment for a modern, interdisciplinary intensive care and pleasure to accompany patients with high expertise Personal strengths: safe occurrence, organizational talent, leadership skills, team capacity, loadability and high operational readiness Certainly in anaesthesia or motivated to become this in order, together with the medical team, to maintain around 1100 anaesthesia per year in general and regional anaesthesia at all anaesthesia workstations
