Service Advisor Automotive Technology - Master Craftsman / Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

You advise and attend our customers in terms of services and repairs You accept the service orders and coordinate them with the workshop You set up cost proposals, take price agreements and write invoices You monitor repair and maintenance work in terms of appointment coordination You communicate and document the progress of the work as well as any additional measures visibly with respect to the clientele

You have a completed training in the field of motor vehicle technology or a comparable qualification by training in an art-related profession and have in best case the qualification as a master You are in possession of a valid class B driving licence You have a certificate as a service consultant (m/w/d) and good knowledge of commercial vehicle specifics or are willing to achieve this through further training You like to exchange with customers, live the service thoughts and draw your attention through communication strength and organizational skills in dealing with customers: inside and working in the team You are a team player:in, take leadership responsibility and are responsible for the final checks by sampling and release of the vehicles as well as for billing orders Your tasks also include professional support and Support for your colleague: You master the Mercedes-Benz specific IT systems in the workshop area, in particular Stardiagnose, WIS, ASRA and EPC, or are ready to get familiar with the new systems accordingly quickly and to be interested in continuous training
