Support of our first-level users Processing and pre-qualification of IT posts – with the aim of a high initial solution rate Supporting workstation systems (Windows, macOS, iOS) and their periphery Use of remote tools such as MECM, TeamViewer and others for error analysis and troubleshooting Administration of common MS Office applications, especially Microsoft 365 Mobile Device Management (e.g. with Ivanti / MobileIron) Maintenance and use of ITSM systems, service catalogues and documentation Implementation of software distribution and authorization management Support for network and connection problems (LAN / WLAN) Responsible handling of administrative rights and sensitive data

This is ideally brought with you: You are strong in communication and are happy to help – even in stressful situations You work structured, solution-oriented and never lose sight of the users You have good German (C2) and English skills (B2) You have experience dealing with Windows, macOS and iOS – first Linux skills are a plus You are safe in handling Microsoft 365 – experience with Google Workspace is beneficial You know about typical IT hardware, network technology and remote tools You understand the processes in IT support, know ITSM processes and like to work documented In the best case, you bring first experience in the MDM area and support of mobile devices with Topics like IP addresses, firewalls, VPN or WLAN problems are not a new country for you And if you can safely use CMD commands like ipconfig, ping or tracert: top!
