In this position, you work on a key topic of the future of the GKV – the cross-sectoral, patient-oriented care in close cooperation with our health insurance companies and other health professionals. Together with health insurance companies and partners, you develop the existing HzV contracts (§ 73b SGB V) – with the aim of making the supply more efficient, measurably better and patient-centric. You evaluate fields of action in the context of collectively contractual primary care. You independently analyze supply and billing data, derive strategic recommendations and identify optimization potentials. Together with the team, you develop innovative supply solutions and control their operational implementation in coordination with internal and external partners. You coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, ensure smooth cooperation with specialist areas (e.g. IT, analysis, law) and take responsibility for their achievement. You are a direct contact for our business customers – communicate at eye level, advise strategically and represent our interests professionally to the outside.

Multiannual professional experience in health care, preferably in the field of primary or home doctor-centric care, in supply/contract management and the statutory health insurance A completed study in the field of health economics, health management, BWL or a comparable qualification Basic medical knowledge and good knowledge of German health insurance law Experience in contract management and negotiation Analytical skills for evaluating and interpreting supply and billing data Affinity for digital solutions and process optimization in healthcare Communication strength, independent work and desire for change Entrepreneurial thinking, team spirit and a pronounced customer orientation
