Ensuring stable and efficient operation of IT infrastructures with customers (regionally on site) as well as analysis and sustainable elimination of disturbances in 2nd level support Administration of M365 Services (Entra, Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, etc.) Planning, implementation and documentation of updates and patches as part of managed service performance agreements Planning, implementation and cooperation in demanding IT projects (e.g. migrations, rollouts, service transfers) Technical advice of customers and further development of their IT landscapes Participation in presales consultation and sales support in the creation of technical concepts and offers Development of the Managed Services Portfolio together in the team Maintenance and documentation of tickets and ensuring transparent service processes

Studies in IT or training (e.g. specialist system integration) with corresponding professional experience Multiannual experience in the administration and operation of IT systems, ideally in the service environment Good knowledge in at least some of the following areas: Windows server systems and services (e.g. Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, RDS) Network infrastructure and basic network security Virtualization (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) or cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Azure) Storage solutions (SAN, NAS, HCI) Microsoft 365 Services (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams)

Ideally, first experiences in the independent processing of customer orders or projects Structured and analytical methods and good technical understanding High customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in working with different IT environments Communication strength, team capacity and professional appearance to customers Commitment, sense of responsibility and quality driving licence class B
