You are the internal and external language tube: first contact person (m/w/d) for customers:inside, technicians:inside and internal departments You plan and control service deployments, maintenance and commissioning and keep dates, bills and logs in mind You support calculations, process complaints and help optimize maintenance contracts You make sure that materials, measuring equipment and spare parts are available If necessary, you can also pack in service operations and take over smaller operations, maintenance or measurements yourself - so you always stay on the ball You are a link between customers:inside, technicians:inside and internal departments such as accounting, purchasing and sales, and regularly report to the branch management, introducing your ideas for more efficient processes

You have a completed technical training with commercial affinity and the desire to develop you professionally You bring experience in the commissioning and maintenance of electrical equipment You are an organizational talent and have joy in dealing with people You have good communication skills and a safe and competent appearance
