The ADAC is always on the move and there to help - we cover the most diverse areas, such as insurance, travel and medical support, legal advice, digitalization, classical panning aid or air rescue. We're here. You take over the responsible management and control of a team of about 20 employees of the Help Center to ensure the proper handling of the Pannenhilfe organisation for our members and customers. The management and coordination of the capacity-oriented personnel deployment as well as the ongoing day-to-day business, taking into account the essential quality and cost targets, is one of your exciting activities. They are responsible for implementing the necessary control measures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the 24-hour panning service. In addition, the personal leadership of your team as well as the participation in the creation of service/judgment plans and training measures are one of your tasks. They are delighted to be involved in partly supra-regional projects.

You have a successfully completed study with a focus on business or personal economics and relevant leadership experience, ideally in the service sector. Your targeted thinking and action, as well as a pronounced quality and result orientation, are characterized. They convince with their above-average communicative competence, team capacity, readiness to use, but also enforcement ability, as well as high load capacity and flexibility. An independent, structured operation, combined with a high level of service readiness, completes your profile. The readiness for shift/weekend work and occasional service trips is also part of the profile.
