Head of Quality (m/f/d)

In this responsible role, you are responsible for and controlling a holistic quality management system and ensuring its effectiveness. In doing so, you will lead a team of three employees and develop this constantly. You carry out system, monitoring and certification audits and derive measures to ensure product and process quality. The analysis of fault and customer complaints as well as the derivation of appropriate measures also belong to your tasks. You report directly to the management of our client and thus have the chance to take the course for a successful future.

For this role you bring a successfully completed technical or scientific training or study. More important than the formal qualification is your profound experience in quality management / quality assurance, preferably in an industrial production environment (steel construction, corrosion protection etc.). You have ideally worked with standards such as ISO 9001 and possess pronounced analytical skills, a structured way of working and a secure judgment. You convince by enforcing strength, communication strength and joy in guiding a small team. Local service trips are the “salt in the soup” for you and enrich your working day (about 1 day a month). Good knowledge of English is ideal due to international customer relationships and can be further developed by internally offered English courses.
