Your tasks: independent implementation and evaluation of internal audits and tours; Reporting and, where appropriate, introduction of necessary corrective measures Examination of compliance with all food requirements Support in implementing and monitoring the legal requirements for food hygiene and labelling Implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the quality and hygiene management system in the specialist shops, including the requirements of the IFS standard Care and development of the HACCP concept in specialist shops Awareness of the employees in the specialist shops awaken and develop Pest monitoring

Your qualification: studies of oecotrophology, nutritional science, food technology/chemistry, training as a food technician or comparable training; Knowledge of bakery of advantage profound knowledge in quality management and food law very good knowledge of MS Office driving licence class B High level of empathy, self-initiative and contact Interest in contact with different groups of persons Communication capability and safe occurrence Organizational skills, creativity, inventiveness and high sense of responsibility
