With your extensive business know-how, you can ensure the economic stability and sustainability of the organization. Together with the management, you continuously develop strategic goals and modern control and controlling instruments. You bear the overall responsibility for financial and accounting, incl. Economic planning, budget management and annual accounts. The further development of commercial and administrative core and support processes is also your responsibility. You are also responsible for the finance and controlling sectors of the subsidiary. As a design manager, you will guide finance, personnel, IT and strategic purchasing. In doing so, you initiate and accompany transformation and digitization projects with a clear view for economics, sustainability and efficient organizational structures. You actively shape the trusted cooperation with works council, workshop council, cost centers as well as shareholders and represent economic and strategic topics sovereignly inward and outward. The strategic and commercial accompaniment of construction, investment and refurbishment projects completes your versatile task.

A completed commercial or business studies form the basis of your professional qualification. Finded experiences in business management complement your profile. Multiannual leadership experience as well as a safe occurrence in complex organizational structures allow you to lead teams binding, value-adding and targeted. Experience in the social economy is desirable. In addition, you are convinced by knowledge of change management, organisational development, pay negotiations and the economic management of complex organisations. With your hands-on mentality, your willingness to design and your pleasure in teamwork, you are actively promoting change processes and creating sustainable participation structures. Personally, you are characterized by courage, reliability, communication strength and a binding occurrence with a clear stance.
