Compliance Officer (m/f/d)

Do you want to manage compliance not only, but to make it effective? At KNDS, you will then play a central role in an internationally shaped and demanding environment. In this position, you develop our compliance management system, accompany relevant risk topics and ensure that compliance requirements are not only defined in the company, but also implemented in practice. You actively develop our compliance management system and ensure that it meets current regulatory requirements as well as new developments and emerging topics. You are professional contact persons and consultants for the international compliance network as well as for relevant internal interfaces. You develop appropriate and accurate compliance guidelines and carry out training to sustainably strengthen awareness of compliance issues. In addition, identify, analyze and evaluate compliance risks and derive appropriate measures. You are responsible for the risk-oriented testing of our business partners, especially with regard to Business Ethics and ABAC (Anti-Bribery / Anti-Corruption). You are responsible for our reporting system and assist in carrying out internal investigations. You act as a central interface and ensure compliance requirements are taken into account and implemented effectively in the relevant specialist areas. The supervision of the compliance officers of our subsidiaries and grand societies in the responsibility area of KNDS Germany completes your exciting task

You have a degree in law, economic law or a comparable degree, preferably with compliance-oriented additional qualification You bring multi-year relevant professional experience in implementing and developing a compliance management system, ideally in an international environment, with Finding knowledge in the areas of anti-corruption, business partner examination and basic knowledge of anti-corruption A plus would be your experience in the defence environment You are routined in dealing with popular MS Office applications Secure appearance as well as pronounced communication and conviction strength at different hierarchical levels are characteristic for you You are an absolute team player with a structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach You are delighted to make compliance effective, to recognise risks early and to develop viable solutions in business interest Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
