ENF BFY GmbH is a production site with around 100 employees in the Bavarian town of Faulbach. The focus of production is on the production of protein, fruit and nut bars. Strategic development through the implementation of global standards, maintaining regulatory requirements and the active transformation of corporate culture towards a proactive safety culture (Behavior Based Safety). Operational support through hand-on support and coaching of personnel and executives as well as the professional support of accident analyses including measures monitoring. Ensuring trouble-free H&S processes through regular visits, audits and professional advice in the introduction of new work equipment and technical equipment. Performance of tasks as appointed specialist for occupational safety pursuant to DGUV Regulation 2, implementation of risk assessments and coordination of safety officers at the site.

Complete studies in the field of safety, environmental or health management as well as the qualification as a specialist for occupational safety. Funded knowledge of national labour law and the ability to transfer regulatory requirements into operational practice. Embossed moderation and presentation skills for the management of training and workshops at all hierarchical levels. High level of self-organisation to control projects independently from analysis to validation of effectiveness. High-communication personality with persuasive power that creates proactive acceptance for security concerns in the team. Safe handling of MS Office as well as knowledge of German and fluent English for international cooperation. .
