As part of our organizationally strong office team at the Stuttgart site, you take on important tasks independently. You are the first contact point and contact for our colleagues.

Your task field essentially includes: Hand-in-hand work with our location management Coordination and management of the Stuttgart Office: reception, telephone, correspondence, orders, storage, communication with other service teams at all locations appointment coordination, organisation and preparation of internal and external events in close cooperation with our colleagues: Responsible communication with external service providers and our home administration A varied position with ever new challenges room for configuring in a small, powerful team with high self-responsibility and flat hierarchies Flexible working conditions and times

You have a completed commercial training or bring a similar qualification – for example from the hotel industry.
