You support an experienced partner or equity partner in the daily working day and take over tasks related to the preparation and follow-up of customer appointments. You structure documents, information and next steps and ensure that agreed tasks are reliably tracked and implemented. You work with real customer cases and support the preparation and analysis of financial situations and the development of individual solutions. You gain practical sales experience and gain insight into how professional customer contacts are built, maintained and developed. You support organisational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business and help processes and customer contacts be reliably prepared and documented. You increasingly take responsibility for their own tasks, consistently implement agreed goals and implement their own ideas. The technical advice of our customers is provided by our approved consultants. Her focus as a student of work is on support in everyday work, conceptual cooperation, distributive practice and the targeted development of your skills.

You are located 6 to 12 months before the completion of your studies and want to use the remaining period of study in a targeted manner to gain practical experience, to prove themselves in a challenging environment and to build a perspective in financial consulting early on. Ideally, you study economics or sports sciences or a comparable degree course with economic reference. First experiences in consulting, sales, financial environment or direct customer contact form a good basis. More important than your course of study is your attitude: You are inspiring for sales and go open, safe and with real interest to people. You motivate demanding goals, measurable results and economic success. You recognize opportunities, act independently, take feedback and perform tasks reliably to completion. You communicate bindingly, listen attentively and emerge empathically. You strive for a long-term perspective in financial consulting and can imagine an independent professional activity. You have German knowledge on C2 level and communicate safely and professionally even in challenging conversation situations.

Specialized training: You will get to know the central areas of holistic financial planning.
