Your tasks:

You implement complex and at the same time highly interesting infrastructure projects in the performance phases 1-9 of the HOAI and will address them In the contractual performance, you will consider costs, appointments, quality in all commissioned project phases, including resulting control measures. You are responsible for project management from pre-planning to project completion and coordination of all internal and external project participants Creating and tuning performance directories for engineering, construction and other services is also one of your tasks The support of plan law procedures is your responsibility, and you will participate in contract negotiations and support active risk and follow-up management You are also responsible for the basic determination of the construction and strategic stoppage applications for the successful implementation of the construction measures while taking into account the minimum possible impact on infrastructure

Your profile:

You have completed your studies, preferably in the field of construction engineering, electrical engineering, control and safety technology or a comparable qualification First sound insights into the planning / construction and coordination of railway infrastructure projects, optimally in the field of parking and digitalization of transport infrastructure you could already collect Knowledge of building law (HOAI, VOB) as well as the applicable legal provisions you bring Cost-, time- and quality-oriented thinking and action are among your strengths In addition, you have good user knowledge in handling MS Office and a basic IT affinity You work proactively as well as gladly and successfully in a team to reach the project goal together with other stakeholders – a targeted oral and written communication is a natural basis for this.
