Property Supervisor / Property Manager Housing Industry (m/f/d)

Supporting a fixed housing stock with around 450 housing units in Düsseldorf (Wittlaer, Garath, Bilker Allee) and in Solingen and Monheim am Rhein Control, commissioning and quality control of external service providers and craft companies Recording and assessment of damage and coordination of appropriate maintenance measures Ensuring a well-maintained, orderly and traffic-proof condition of residential buildings Implementation of residential visits, housing removals and housing transfers Contact for our tenants on site as well as close cooperation with internal departments

Completed training, ideally in the field of real estate management, facility management, craftsmanship or comparable discipline Experience in property management, housing management, building management or facility management Good IT skills in Microsoft Office, preferably first SAP experiences Used in handling mobile devices, e.g. tablet Embossed organizational talent and experience in the coordination of external service providers Safe and service-oriented appearance in dealing with tenants and business partners Basic technical understanding for assessing damage and maintenance measures Self-employed, structured and responsible work Own car for service trips to the housing
