We are looking for a professionally experienced person at the next time in full time (38 hours) for our central location in Wiesbaden

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Operational care of the entire employee life cycle (e.g. contracts, contract changes, certificates etc.) and preparation of the salary bill for a defined employee group Maintenance of master data in SAP HCM & digital personal file management Processing of administrative and external correspondence Take responsibility for the SAP-Zeitwirtschaftssystem (administration, configuration, reporting, continuous improvement) Creating standard but also ad hoc evaluation for continuous analysis of SAP data quality and deriving appropriate corrective measures Support for audits, implementation of legal & operational regulations Working with HR Projects & Process Optimization

Successfully completed commercial training with relevance for the task Multiannual experience in preparing pay billing, ideally in a collective environment Comprehensive knowledge of the time economy in SAP, high technical affinity and passion for system and process optimization Experience with building a meaningful reporting including Analysis and derivation of activities in SAP HCM Knowledge of wage tax and social security law and basic knowledge of labour law Team player with independent, reliable and trustful working Embossed communication capability and high service orientation
