In input management, we make a very important contribution in the company for dark processing or for the efficient further processing of insurance operations. Incoming documents about all input channels (e.g. mail, mails, app inputs) are processed mainly technically, in combination with manual processes, to structured data, as the basis for our award-winning service processes. In order to expand your area of responsibility, you will be represented by the Head of Input themes in the absence.

Your tasks: Development of the team, processes and technology Coordination of the team (including mission and holiday planning) Representation of the Head of Division in the absence of input topics Monitor, review and evaluate quality standards Monitoring and control of external service providers Ensuring compliance with agreed service levels Introducing new employees and training You are also operating to a smaller part of the activity and work with the team themselves. Your profile: A completed commercial training, ideally in the insurance environment, or a comparable qualification. First experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership of employees. Found knowledge in the field of modern input management and qualifying, ideally in the context of an insurance or financial service provider. Technically versed, experience in dealing with input management systems (ideally smartfix/omnia) and motivated to advance digital changes. Structured, process-oriented work in which the overview is not lost even with high work volume.
