Contract Manager - temporary (10 months) (m/f/d)

The contract manager is responsible for the support of TD SYNNEX in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Uses sophisticated negotiating skills and influence to guide and control contract negotiations as needed to achieve defined milestones and targets.

Provides an effective knowledge of the company's products and services.

Contributes to the customer focus that balances the needs of the company after profitability by ensuring that the contractual conditions protect the company and minimize the risk.

Supports TD SYNNEX's systems and tools and actively promotes their use throughout the company.

Understands the roles and responsibilities of all relevant employees of the company in order to draw on the expertise of others to achieve business goals.

Provides regular contributions to the development and maintenance of standard contractual templates and pre-approved alternative languages

plays an active role as a member of the global legal consultancy team, contributing to the development of policies, participating in project work and implementing initiatives and policies within the organisation.

Advise the legal aspects of the transaction business of TD SYNNEX with sound legal and business judgment and experience.

Works with the local management team, the global team for legal services and external legal advisers in various matters or cooperates with them.

Participates in supraregional/global negotiations.

At least 3 - 5 years required in the practice of commercial / company / contract law, with a focus on commercial purchase/sales transactions. Preference for internal experience with complex contractual review and negotiation matters.

Language requirement: advanced German and English skills.

Qualified legal conclusion of a certified educational institution (preferably in Germany) or associated conclusion required.

Embossed analysis and problem-solving competence.
