At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing, sourcing or supply chain management. Embossed negotiation skills, secure contract know-how and excellent communication skills. Analytical strength and joy in data-based decisions. Organizational talent and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a growing and dynamic environment. Complete studies or comparable training in the field of supply chain management, business management or engineering - industry knowledge in manufacturing, healthcare or technology are advantageous.

You control the entire procurement process - from goods to services - and keeps you busy. You develop smart sourcing strategies for goods and services that our company will advance in the long term. You select the right suppliers, conduct sovereign contract negotiations and build strong partnerships. With a clear view of data, you create savings potentials, take measures and make successes visible with meaningful key figures. By opting for processes and establishing standards as well as governance, you bring structure and efficiency into purchasing. You have risks in mind, ensure compliance and ensure high quality and ethics standards. Together with operations, research and development, finance and marketing, you develop solutions that bring all areas forward. .
