The team compensation, labour policy and workforce mangain coordinates central personnel issues and is responsible for the processes relating to labour policy and remuneration. We control assessment and compensation processes, support executives on personnel processes and work together with our teams in the Change processes and restructuring for a sustainable and future-oriented transformation of our company.

These challenges come to you: You work with our team, our staff manager: inside and our specialist areas in a variety of tasks of daily work You actively participate in forward-looking strategic projects You support our team in performing and documenting job reviews You actively promote the development and regular updating of our internal knowledge management platform You shape our intranet appearance and provide our staff managers with relevant information
