Start your future in the field of social work together with the Home of Goals and the IU International University (IU). In dual studies, you combine practical work in the company with courses on two days a week on campus. Interactive teaching materials help you to deepen your knowledge. Home of Goals combines sports, education and social work to strengthen children and youth in their personal development. Through holiday camps, school projects and workshops, the company creates spaces in which young people can develop self-confidence, take responsibility and acquire important social skills. You support Home of Goals to promote children and youth through sports and educational offers in their development You gain valuable practical experience in social pedagogical project work You plan, organize and accompany holiday camps, school projects and workshops You support children and young people in their personal and social development You develop and accompany sports education and social pedagogical offers You work closely with schools, families and other cooperation partners: You bring your own ideas into your own and inspire new concepts and projects You support organisational tasks and project management You communicate with parents, schools and other stakeholders You can take your own projects according to your interests and strengths

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You have a class B driver's license and ideally with your own car You are interested in social work, education and personality development You are interested in sports and you are happy to use movement as an educational tool You have first experiences as a coach: in the honorary office or in the work of children and youth You encounter children and youth with empathy, openness and appreciation You like to take responsibility, work independently and bring your own initiative You are communicative, team-capable and want to accompany young people sustainably Career prospects: If you have successfully passed the final exam, you have the opportunity to take over with numerous development possibilities.
