At our contract logistics location in Bremen, we support the storage for a world market leader in the steel sector. You want work security to work on the surface - not just in the document? For our warehouse location with heavy goods and ceiling cranes, we are looking for a practical personality as an operating interface between warehouse operation, FASI and QSHE. Focus: presence, effectiveness control, training and safety culture. Sounds exciting? Then we'll get you! Interface between operational storage organisation, executives, FASI and QSHE - with focus on implementation in operation Regular shopfloor tours / Safety Walks incl. Effectiveness control of defined measures Deviations detect, document and follow actions consistently (follow-up/tracking) Actively request safe coaching and increase positive behavior Planning & implementation of instruction, training and toolbox talks on the surface Evaluate risks in the heavy-duty environment (e.g. ceiling cranes, load-receiving means, traffic routes) and pragmatic improvements Working with security culture & change processes: anchoring standards, creating acceptance, driving improvements

Experience from a safety-critical environment, e.g. warehouse/logistics, industry, large construction site, heavy load transport, crane operation or comparable (e.g. Bundeswehr) completed technical, craft or logistical training; Additional qualification as a specialist in occupational safety Embossed hand-on mentality and joy in high presence on the shopfloor Clear, appreciative communication - you consistently and respectfully enforce rules Experience in instruction/training or motivation to take over this role in the short term Structured operation (checklists, follow-up, effectiveness checks) and view for pragmatic solutions Willing to change: you bring topics forward and encourage sustainable implementation
