Creation and further development of our external and internal sustainability communication Supporting the preparation of the sustainability report to CSRD together with the ESG department and monitoring the audit by the auditor Reporting interface between the communication team, the ESG department and the ESG function holders Translation of the operational content of our ESG activities into holistic management approaches as well as communication materials and corresponding external reporting Representation of the other topics of ESG communication such as ratings and rankings or customer/investor/bank requests, communication campaigns and events Support for external and internal corporate and capital market communication, among others in the preparation of financial reports, press releases, employee letters, website, etc.

Successfully completed Bachelor Program in Business Administration, Finance, Sustainability or Similar At least 3 years of professional experience, of which at least 2 years of experience in sustainability reporting / communication Passion for sustainability topics and reporting Extensive experience in the regulatory environment of current ESG topics Ability to make complex content understandable and to present both written and visually appealing Experience in other areas of corporate communication as well as international work experience and intercultural awareness is beneficial Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
