Committee work and district office: You are responsible for the committee work of the district of Konstanz: You prepare the meetings of the circular day and its committees and ensure smooth, reliable procedures. Support of the Land Council: You prepare dates of the Land Council, organize them and take care of the preparation. On selected occasions you will accompany the Landrat. Deputy Head of Mission and Organisation: In the absence of the administration, you take over the management of the office of the Land Council. You perform project-related tasks, such as the organisation of elections at a circular level. You coordinate training at the council's office.

Qualification: You have completed the career examination for the up-to-date non-technical administration service or have a degree in the social/science/legal sciences. Alternatively, you have the degree as a management specialist or a comparable qualification. Leadership Personality: Ideally, you already bring first leadership experience – alternatively, you convince us by your strong potential and ambition to go the next career step. Communication and expression: You formulate in writing how literally clear and stylistic. In exchange with different groups of people you will find the right sound. Knowledge of administrative law: You know yourself in administrative law. Experience in the application of legal standards is advantageous. Confidential cooperation: loyalty, discretion and trusting handling of sensitive information are of course for you. Time flexibility: committee meetings take place in part in the evening. You are willing to make appointments outside regular working hours.
