Tour planning, disposition and control of the fleet used in local transport Coordination and operational planning of the driver's personnel according to customer requirements in terms of economic aspects and in compliance with statutory regulations (social regulations, steering and rest periods) Creation of operational plans and holiday planning Control of complaint processing Ensuring and continuous optimization of work processes in terms of quality and costs in the award and handling of forwarding orders Coordination with employees (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and other departments to ensure smooth running Compilation of transport documents in representation

Successfully completed training as a freight forwarder (or comparable) At least 2 years of professional experience in disposition Advantageous know-how in the field of transport Good knowledge of MS Office programs Flexibility, reliability and loadability Organizational and creative approaches to problem solving Structured and sustainable working
