• They have the specialist recognition for psychiatry and psychotherapy and bring a wide range of clinical experience. In addition to your professional competence, you are characterized by communication strength, team capacity a structured and solution-oriented way of working.

• You take over the senior medical responsibility and guide your team organizationally, personnelly and professionally clear, binding and targeted.

• In close coordination with the chief physician, you coordinate the treatment processes and ensure compliance and continuous optimization of our quality standards.

• As a member of the leadership team, you will have a significant impact on the conceptual development of modern, patient-oriented therapy structures. In addition, you are involved in the supervision of multi-professional teams and accompany the further training of assistant physicians:inside as well as reference therapist:inside with joy and sense of responsibility.
