In this position, design, imple­ment and optimise machine learning models to support our business objectives. In addition to designing AI solutions, such as agent systems or workflows, you will develop automatized workflows for training, valuing and operating ML models (CI/CD pipelines). Using Podman and OpenShift, ensure scalability and efficiency of model infrastructure. You are imple­menting best practices for MLOps including regulation, automation and monitoring. To support the exchange of knowledge within the team, create documentation and training materials.

A completed study in the field of infor­mation, mathematics, data science or a comparable subject is the ideal precondition for this position. You have already been able to gain initial experience in the development and implementation of machine learning models and are familiar with known AI frameworks such as Open WebUI, Ollama or Lang-Chain. In addition, you are familiar with CI/CD pipelines, plating forms for containerization (Podman or Docker) and orchestration tools (OpenShift or Kubernetes). In addition, you have well-founded knowledge of programming languages (Python and R), frame work (TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras) and tools such as Jupiter.
