You are responsible for the operational installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure (AC/DC). You carry out maintenance and maintenance work on existing charging systems as well as measurements according to DGUV (DIN VDE, DIN VDE 0105). Acquisition of fault and repair operations on site according to service contract as well as fault and cause analyses on site and remote. You support our customers, take over communication in the event of a malfunction, ensure active information exchange and thus ensure customer satisfaction. You take over the integration of charging columns to a service-backend.

Completed training in the field of electrical engineering (technical technicians and Master's degree would be desirable. You ideally bring knowledge of charging infrastructure. If necessary, however, the necessary courses and trainings are of course offered within the framework of onboarding. You are characterized by high autonomy, customer orientation and a solution-oriented method. readiness to travel and flexibility within the service area as well as within Germany. You will of course receive a modern, fully equipped service vehicle. Very good knowledge of German and good English. You ideally bring experiences in initial tests according to VDE 0100 part 600 and repetition tests according to VDE 0105.
