• As a technically experienced IT security project manager, you will advise our strategically important customers and partners
• You are responsible for technically complex IT security projects for your customers from request to successful completion
• In doing so, you plan and tax your projects technically and organizationally and keep dates, milestones, risks and budgets in mind
• Together with the Account Manager Sales, you will see a team at eye level and take technical responsibility. With your expertise, you develop the relationships with our key customers and partners strategically and shape fit solutions
• You are a central technical contact for your customers and communicate with network, security and IT managers at eye level
• Within Genoa you are the voice of your customers and provide a smooth flow of information between customers, partners and internal stakeholders. In technical escalation, you analyze sustainable solutions together with the participating teams and accompany their implementation
• You support our bid management in technically demanding tenders

That's what you bring

• A technical study or an IT-related training with several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Knowledge of network technologies and architectures (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN, TCP/IP)
• A high affinity for IT security products and concepts, also in the regulated environment
• Experience in managing technical IT projects, ideally in complex environments with multiple stakeholders *Expressed analytical and conceptual skills as well as a clear prioritization, even though much burns at the same time
• Perspective thinking: You recognize problems early and know how you solve them sovereignly
• Outstanding customer orientation and strong communication skills in German (at least C1) and English
