As an IT specialist (m/w/d) for system integration, you play a central role in our IT team at the head office in Karlsruhe and team up with colleagues from the nationwide team for a smooth running in the IT environment. Your focus is on the administration and support of the network and server landscape as well as IT support for our employees. Through hybrid work and modern tools like our own video conferencing software alfaview you are regularly in exchange with colleagues at our Germany-wide locations. In your new role in alfatraining, the following tasks await you: Digitally manage and develop resources and IT infrastructure together with network administrators nationwide Procurement and management of operational terminals You will find IT posts and fix them actively before You become a problem Planning and implementation of IT projects (e.g. rollouts, system changes) Onboarding new colleagues in the technical field, such as the preparation and commissioning of jobs You are the central contact person for current technical questions and work closely with our nationwide technician team
