You accompany 16 children in the elementary area at the age of 3 to 6 years and together with them create a varied and natural Kita everyday. The care period of the forest group is from 8:00 to 12:45. You mostly design the everyday educational environment outside and use the forest as a natural learning, experience and movement space. You give the children room to discover the world, to develop their own ideas and to develop their individual strengths. You enable children to experience a variety of experiences in and with nature and help them discover their environment independently. You introduce your own ideas and create the educational everyday life creative, varied and with joy. Together with the team, You develop forest and natural pedagogical offers and actively contribute to the further development of our educational work. You take part in meetings of services and work together with your colleagues. You have the pleasure of being out in different weather conditions and using the special possibilities of the forest kindergarten for educational work. With appropriate suitability and interest, there is the possibility for you to develop in perspective to the group line or to the kita line.
