You support the STRATEC Board members in the daily business, keep an overview of the current business situation and act as a confidential contact person for the Executive Board You prepare meetings of the top management level before and after, including Supervisory Board meetings and related topics You are responsible for preparing various reports and analyses, designing presentations, handling confidential correspondence and participation in decision-making templates Supporting the Executive Board for internal strategic and operational projects by compiling and preparing the relevant documents, follow-up of the action points and function as a central contact person belongs to your tasks If necessary, you will promote the flow of information between the Management Board and other areas of the company Independently and proactively, you conduct projects initiated by the Executive Board

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in BWL, Finance, Life Sciences, CFA/CPA or a comparable qualification You have several years of professional experience in a comparable position You bring excellent communication skills at all organizational levels Very good numerical skills and analytical competence characterize you You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ideally, you have experience working in an international organization Excellent language skills in English and German are a must!
