Leadership: You are responsible for a small team of technical staff within a region. You create a positive working atmosphere and make sure that new team members have a great start and get in touch quickly. Object support: Together with your team, you enter the real estate of the group of companies in Germany. You document the actual state of the buildings and building equipment and provide technical processes in our FM systems. Operation: You coordinate the economic management of your region and support the creation of budget planning and forecast reports. Quality control: You ensure operational safety while complying with all statutory requirements. In addition, you coordinate external service providers, introduce them and control the quality of the services provided.

Your educational path: You have a successfully completed training as a master or technician in the electrical, ventilation, or refrigeration or a comparable study – ideally complemented by professional and leadership experience. Your strengths: You are motivated, organizationally strong and like to pack up – but keep quiet when it comes to turbulent. Your profile: You bring a strong technical understanding and are ready to travel within your region. You like working in the team and know how to motivate your crew.
