Planer TGA (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Place: Leonberg

They establish TGA systems such as heating, ventilation, sanitation, energy technology or fire protection. You develop TGA concepts for construction projects, your expertise is crucial for developing efficient solutions. They advise the calculation department and the project management comprehensively during the planning phases. They are our specialist in the cost assessment of the trades, feasibility studies, in the case of customer requests and their own project developments. They check and optimize performance directories of external planners and ensure that both technical requirements and cost-effectiveness are taken into account. They agree closely with the architecture planning department regarding the TGA plans in the performance phases 1-6.

They have a successfully completed university degree in building, energy and environmental engineering or a comparable field of expertise. Alternatively, you have completed a corresponding training as a technician or master (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You have experience in the planning and control of TGA projects and in the creation of initial concepts. You have secure PC skills Excellent German knowledge (C1) and good English knowledge (B2) in word and writing are essential for this position. Local travel within Germany is not a problem for you.
